Washington (March 27, 2015) – Senator Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.) released the following statement today after Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) announced he will not run for reelection.

I am grateful for his friendship, and look forward to continuing to fight alongside him in the 114th Congress.”
