Washington (September 17, 2013) - Senator Edward J. Markey (DMass.) will deliver his first speech on the floor of the United States Senate tomorrow, Wednesday, September 18. His speech will discuss the Massachusetts economy, policies to create jobs in the Commonwealth and across the nation, and legislative priorities. Senator Markey was elected on June 25 th and sworn into the Senate July 16 th .
