Washington, DC— Today Rep. Henry A. Waxman, Rep. Diana DeGette, and Rep. Edward J. Markey sent a letter to Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chairman Cliff Stearns requesting that the Committee broaden the investigation into the loan guarantee program to include loans to nuclear companies and the communications company Open Range.
