Congressman Markey delivered the keynote address at the annual meeting of the Massachusetts Network Communications Council (MassNetComms) in Waltham. Afterwards, he and Celtics' owner Wyc Grousbeck, another featured speaker at the event, took questions from the audience. MassNetComms works to promote Massachusetts as a global center for telecommunications and networking.
