Washington (July 8, 2019) – Massachusetts Senators Edward J. Markey and Elizabeth Warren and Congressmen Richard E. Neal (MA-01) and James McGovern (MA-02) today wrote to AT&T and Nexstar Media Group urging the two companies to resolve their business dispute, which has resulted in lost access to WWLP 22 out of Springfield, Massachusetts.

“Unfortunately, your viewers in Western Massachusetts have lost access to this resource due to a business dispute between your two companies. This is unacceptable, and your consumers should not be caught in the middle,” write the lawmakers in their letters. “It is time to restore your viewers’ access to the critical information and quality entertainment they deserve.”
